We currently offer 8 camping sites with communal ablution facilities. All stands are equipped with 220 volt/15amp maximum electricity per stand- as well as water points. You will have access to a braai area where campers can socialise around a bonfire and make new friends. You are also welcome to relax in the pool or take a gentle stroll through the gardens.

When arriving at the Lazy Owl Country Retreat, you will be assisted with booking in and setting up your campsite. Free WIFI and internet access is available to our guests to make use of should they wish to.

Our grass covered areas offer family and friends ample space to enjoy a day in the fresh air, playing cricket, soccer, building and flying your own kite, playing a round of badminton and cooling off in the pool or lying on a picnic blanket enjoying some downtime.

From time to time, we offer arts and crafts workshops over weekends for children between the ages of 3 and 18. This may allow for some quality time between grandparents and children or parents and children. It may even allow for some parents to have some downtime of their own while the children are being taught a few new arts and crafts skills. 

Our workshops vary in cost and have to be pre-booked a week in advance. Please enquire about the arts and crafts workshops at the time of making the booking for your accommodation. We can then arrange to ensure your space is booked for the workshop as well.
